The following terms and conditions, along with site policies such as the Privacy Policy and other customer service policies, govern the use of bioeffect.com.au and constitute the entire agreement between the contracting parties. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions listed below as amended from time to time. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Bioeffect (www.bioeffect.com.au) was created by the exclusive distributor TaliSkin created and controlled in New South Wales, Australia. All purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of Victoria. By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Walkes and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums.

CAPACITY TO CONTRACT

Orders can only be placed on www.bioeffect.com.au by persons with capacity to contract, who are over the age of either 18 or 21 as legislated in your state of residence.

These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice. Contact details can be found here. Each order or transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions in force upon the date of that transaction.

All content on this site, including text, icons, graphics, etc are the property of TaliSkin or its supplier and are protected by Australian and International Copyright law. No part or portion of this site may be copied, sold or used in any manner for any commercial purpose without written consent.

PRICING

Taliskin may amend pricing shown on the Site from time to time. Amendments take effect when posted on the Site, and apply to all orders placed subsequently. Taliskin is not bound by patently incorrect pricing posted on the Site in error. ?Prices indicated on the Site are denominated in Australian dollars. If Your credit card is denominated in a different currency, the exchange rate applied will be determined by Your card issuer. Your card issuer may also impose additional fees or charges.

SHIPPING

TaliSkin can only ship to Australia and New Zealand, as listed on our Shipping page. Taliskin is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation or certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by TaliSkin. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Adore Beauty reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.

PAYMENT

TaliSkin is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable TaliSkin may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.

All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.

TESTIMONIALS

Throughout the use of the site users may be invited to post Testimonials for Bioeffect products. If you do submit such reviews, you give TaliSkin permission to use, reproduce, modify and publish them in a royalty-free, irrevocable manner. You also permit TaliSkin to publish your first name and State or Town.

Such Testimonials posted, in no way represent the views or opinions of Taliskin or its owners, shareholders, employees or others, but are the sole product of its creator.

PURPOSE OF GOODS

Taliskin uses industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption technology security and encryption for communication of confidential information over the internet. Credit card transactions are processed using SecurePay (www.securepay.com.au) , an online payment gateway. TaliSkin does not receive or store credit card details.
