AUSTRALIA SHIPPING POLICIES

Within Australia, BIOEFFECT uses Australia Post direct freight with tracking service, whereby BIOEFFECT can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner. Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day, pending stock availability.

As BIOEFFECT delivers by a registered postal service, a signature is required upon delivery. Therefore, BIOEFFECT recommends you provide an address where you will be located during office hours. If you provide a work address, please include full details including the business and receivers’ name. If nobody is available to sign for your delivery, a card will be left and the parcel will be taken to a local post office.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING CHARGES

BIOEFFECT offers free shipping Australia-wide. All charges quoted to you are inclusive of Australian goods and services tax. You may be required to pay further shipping charges where a change in delivery date or a change in delivery address is requested by You.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING TIME

For shipping expect delivery within three business days, if orders are placed by 10 A.M. Monday – Friday, for in-stock items only.

Allow two additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

Any delivery date or time specified by BIOEFFECT is a best estimate only and BIOEFFECT will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

BIOEFFECT does not ship to any international countries with the exception of New Zealand.

For international shipping, BIOEFFECT uses TNT, whereby BIOEFFECT can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner.  Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.

BIOEFFECT recommends you provide an address where you will be located during office hours.  If you provide a work address, please include full details including the business and receivers’ name.  If nobody is available to sign for your delivery, TNT will attempt re-delivery the following day.  If TNT is unable to complete delivery your order will be returned to BIOEFFECT, and a refund will be processed minus the shipping costs.  Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to Post Office Boxes for our International customers.

For our international customers, all prices on www.bioeffect.com.au are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars, this excludes the Australian Goods & Services Tax. The handling of any duties and customs which may occur during the shipping process, will be the responsibility of BIOEFFECT.
